We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional support and create an outstanding sales experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll work to resolve customer concerns thoroughly, or thoughtfully explain solutions when needed, always collaborating with sales management for support. You’ll build trusting relationships, maintain accurate customer records, protect sensitive information, and contribute ideas to help scale world-class service and sales practices. M-F day shift, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $800 to $1,200 a week.
