We are seeking an energetic and motivated Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll answer inbound calls, respond to internet and live chat inquiries, and assist customers by providing initial product information and scheduling sales appointments. You’ll follow up with prospective clients, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and contribute to a positive team environment. M-F day shifts with rotating weekends.
