We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for answering calls, accurately recording ticket messages, and delivering top-notch customer service under pressure. You’ll dispatch calls to drivers, manage radio communication, and monitor alarm activity while adapting to client needs in real time. Proficiency in online dispatching programs and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential. Strong communication, time management, and typing skills (40+ WPM) are required. Typing test given at interview.
4 and 8 hour day shifts, with overtime and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 to $23 an hour.
