We are looking for a compassionate and organized Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our veterinary practice. In this client-focused role, you’ll greet visitors, answer phones, guide clients and their pets to exam rooms, and ensure a smooth and friendly experience from start to finish. You’ll handle appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, payment processing, and provide product and service recommendations—including prescriptions and pet care essentials. Educating clients on general animal care and assisting with non-medical questions is key. You’ll also manage medical records and help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting facility inside and out. Listed pay is $21 to $26 an hour.
