Service Advisor/ Customer facilitator (Midas of Redding, In person, Full time, Redding, CA.)

This Service Advisor/Customer Facilitator position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through active listening and consultation, while utilizing strong phone skills to drive sales and manage appointments. The role requires diligent customer follow-up regarding services and completion times, overseeing comprehensive vehicle inspections across domestic, European, and Asian vehicles, and creating detailed computerized repair orders with sourced parts. Key responsibilities include communicating pricing estimates to customers, promoting service specials, working collaboratively within a team aligned with company values, supervising technicians’ work, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and ensuring overall store cleanliness and organization, along with other duties as assigned.

Weekday shifts with evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
