The Front Desk Associate at Action Property Management is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring 100% resident satisfaction. Key duties include maintaining the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators, monitoring lobby activity, and ensuring access control. The associate provides concierge services, completes daily activity reports, and manages incoming phone calls. They also receive and distribute resident parcels, address concerns or questions from residents and guests, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the association’s governing documents. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the community’s standards.
Listed pay is $25 an hour.
