Front Desk Associate (La Quinta, In person, Part time, South San Francisco, CA.)

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all hotel guests, ensuring their stay is welcoming, seamless, and aligned with brand standards. Key responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, processing payments, and handling guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. The role supports departmental quality assurance, coordinates with housekeeping and management regarding guest needs and room readiness, and maintains clear communication across shifts. Additional duties include managing guest accounts, performing administrative tasks, supporting meeting room operations, maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, and assisting with training new staff. The Front Desk Associate is expected to take initiative, resolve issues using empowered decision-making, and contribute to a collaborative and guest-focused work environment.

8 hour overnight shift with overtime and weekends as needed.

Listed pay is from $18 an hour.
