Front Desk Manager (Holiday Inn, Full time, In person, Oakland, CA.)

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient hotel functioning. This role involves preparing weekly staff schedules for a team of up to 25, managing labor and supply costs, and recruiting, training, and supervising front desk staff, including guest service agents and drivers. The manager ensures smooth check-in/out procedures, handles guest concerns promptly—including GXP feedback—and supports team members in delivering a high level of customer service. Additional duties include reconciling accounts receivable, monitoring team performance, maintaining brand standards, and maximizing room occupancy through effective up-selling. Familiarity with Marriott brand standards and the FOSSE property management system is preferred. A flexible schedule and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Must be available for any shift necessary.

Listed pay is: $70,000 to $75,000 a year.
