Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing families to foster customer loyalty and retention. Demonstrate empathy during all customer interactions, ensuring families feel valued and understood. Register clients, schedule lessons, process payments, and address any issues with family accounts. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, addressing concerns, offering solutions, and following up to ensure complete resolution. Actively promote swim lesson packages and additional services based on family needs, while working collaboratively with the team to meet lesson registration goals. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in alignment with company standards. Keep the facility clean and safe, ensuring restrooms and shower areas are properly stocked and maintained. Stay up-to-date on company programs and services, assist with time-sensitive projects, and complete ongoing training as required to stay informed on all updates.
Listed pay is $23 to $28 an hour.
