Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting and checking in patients while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-channel communication, including phone, email, and text, to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries. Educate clients on available services, memberships, and promotions, and drive sales of skincare products and packages. Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain detailed records. Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean and organized, assist with inventory and daily opening/closing procedures, and support events as needed. Foster client relationships to improve retention and referrals while working collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
8 hour shifts, with evenings as needed.
Listed pay: From $50,000 a year.
