As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional support by proactively managing customer concerns, de-escalating issues, and providing timely solutions within a 24–48-hour window. You will communicate with empathy and professionalism to ensure each customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience. This role requires navigating various systems including AI Intercom, CMS, ERP platforms, and return management tools. Attention to detail is key as you maintain accurate customer records and ensure clear, helpful responses. You will also be responsible for meeting performance metrics and using available technologies to uphold service excellence in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer environment.

M-F, 8 hour shifts, with weekends as needed.

Listed pay is: $21 an hour.
