As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will manage front desk operations, address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintain accurate reservation records using hotel management software. Additional responsibilities include conducting night audits, offering local area information to enhance the guest experience, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness, and upholding confidentiality and hotel policies throughout all interactions.
8 hour shift, with nights and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 an hour.
