As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include communicating directly with customers to provide information on products and services, assisting them with inquiries, and offering tailored recommendations based on their needs. You will be responsible for learning and sharing detailed product knowledge, addressing customer concerns or objections during the sales process, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Additional duties include researching market trends to support outreach efforts, responding to account questions, and participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on company offerings.
M-F and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $45,000 to $55,000 a year.
