As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Using a customer-focused, needs-based approach, you will educate customers on insurance options while using exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet their needs and promote business development.
Listed pay is: $16 to $23 an hour.
