As a Front Desk/Night Auditor, you serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include welcoming and registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing room keys or cards, and verifying payment methods in accordance with hotel policies. You provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions, coordinate with housekeeping to update room statuses, and handle maintenance requests. Additionally, you manage reservations, answer phone calls, and address guest concerns or escalate issues to management as needed, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
M-F all shifts, every weekend, and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $17 to $18 an hour.
