As a Customer Service/Assistant Property Manager, responsibilities include showing available units and assisting customers through the leasing process to meet sales and occupancy goals. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by assessing storage needs across various communication channels, managing customer accounts, and handling office tasks such as filing and sorting mail. Additionally, the position requires auditing and balancing cash drawers and petty cash, as well as maintaining the property’s cleanliness and operational standards by performing tasks like cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.

Full time with weekends and holidays as needed.

Listed pay is: $20 an hour.
