As a Customer Service Representative, your role centers on efficiently handling inbound and outbound merchant calls with a focus on one-call resolution, follow-up, and account retention. Responsibilities also include scanning, email communication, and handling escalations professionally. You’ll collaborate with your team, maintain strong interdepartmental communication, and be flexible with occasional weekend, holiday, or emergency coverage.
