As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative/Estimator, you’ll be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, playing a key role in building lasting client relationships. You’ll communicate with customers through various channels—email, phone, in-person, and on-site visits—to understand their needs, provide consultations, and offer signage solutions. This role blends customer service with sales and estimating, requiring strong people skills, a consultative mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within the dynamic sign industry.
Listed pay is $17 to $21 an hour.
