As a Front Desk Clerk, your role centers on creating a smooth, welcoming experience for guests while maintaining operational efficiency. Core duties include processing guest registrations and payments, managing room inventory, completing shift reports, and handling financial transactions such as credit card processing. You’ll answer guest inquiries, provide local directions, and manage communication through phone, fax, and mail.
Customer satisfaction is key—responding to special requests or complaints and upholding the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Teamwork is also essential, with flexibility to assist in other areas like shuttle service, breakfast setup, or housekeeping.
You’ll follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures, including OSHA and lost-and-found policies, to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
M-F with weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $17 to $18 an hour.
