You follow established protocols to ensure accurate processing, address patient needs with thorough problem-solving, and provide clear solutions or alternatives. This role also involves performing various administrative tasks, building strong patient relationships, and working collaboratively with both team members and management to ensure a smooth and supportive healthcare experience.
8 hour day shift, no weekends.
Listed pay is: from $21 an hour.
