As a Client Service Representative, you serve as the primary point of contact for post-purchase client needs, handling inquiries related to product details, order tracking, damages, and shipping claims. You communicate across various channels—chat, email, phone, and internal ticketing systems—to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns. Your role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, managing detailed documentation of all customer interactions, and collaborating with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency in CRM tools, POS platforms, inventory systems, Slack, and Google Suite is essential, and you may also contribute to training new team members under the guidance of the CSR team lead and manager.

Listed pay is $55,000 to $65,000 a year.
