As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming experience by efficiently handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. You’ll respond to inquiries and complaints, provide accurate hotel information, and process payments with attention to detail. The role involves coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, maintaining a clean front desk area, and contributing to a friendly, team-oriented work environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support smooth hotel operations.
Full time, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $18-$20 an hour
