A Hotel Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests. This includes checking guests in and out, handling reservations through FOSSE, and posting charges to guest accounts. The associate manages the hotel phone system, takes and relays messages, and ensures guest payments are processed per hotel policy. They coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to track room status and fulfill special guest requests, while also handling shift cash transactions, maintaining key security, administering safe deposit boxes, and distributing mail. Strong communication skills and knowledge of emergency procedures are essential, along with a readiness to assist in any additional duties as needed by management.
Night shift, and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $17 an hour.
