They want someone with excellent customer service skills and attitude, excellent written and verbal skills, proficiency with office equipment, attention to detail, problem-solving, computer proficiency in MS Suite, a typing speed of at least 45 wpm, a professional appearance, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and occasional overtime as needed.
