Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Sacramento)

Nivano Physicians was created to bridge the communications gap between patients and providers. They are looking for someone to manage large call volumes and create Customer Service tickets, complete outbound call projects, provide solutions to the caller’s questions and concerns, build sustainable relationships and caller engagement, respond to ticket requests and communications in a timely manner, and follow procedures, policies, and guidelines as expected. They want someone who has the ability to actively listen and identify the root cause of a call, has excellent oral and written communication skills, has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, can develop and maintain inter-departmental relationships, can maintain a positive attitude, has an ability to perform and work well under pressure, and has basic computer knowledge. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Pay rate is $20 – $23 / hr.
