This role involves using programs like Epicor, Eagle Browser, Microsoft Excel, and Ace Net to handle invoices, purchase orders, special orders, and price changes. While no prior data processing experience is required, you’ll need strong computer skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will assist with customer service, answer calls and emails promptly, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
