Here is an in person technical support position in Hayward California on Indeed. You will help the school district with providing professional and detailed technical support with their desktops for various district offices, classrooms and computer labs. You will take phone calls from district facilities and provide them with tech support. You will also provide detailed reports for each ticket created on what was done and what needs to be done if the job is not finished, like needing new hardware or reinstalling operating systems.
The pay is anywhere between $44-$49 an hour (40 hour work week)
