They are looking for someone to help clients by answering questions and solve problems, listen to clients’ needs and make sure they feel valued and supported, take part in training and learning opportunities, use technology and tools to work efficiently, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, suggest products or services that better meet client needs, and follow company rules and procedures. They want someone who has understanding of company products, services, and policies, has strong time management and decision-making skills, has exceptional customer services, actively listens, has strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability and accountability, and proficiency with technology. The pay rate is $700 – $750 / wk.
