Customer Support Technician (Full-Time, On-Site, Sacramento)

LWP Claims Solutions, Inc. is a specialty workers’ compensation claims administrator. They are looking for someone to hnadle and process incoming mail, support the claims department by prioritizing emails, generating form letters, preparing record requests, and indexing for claims searches, answer and screen calls, routing them to staff, provide high-quality customer service to clients and vendors, report and workflow issues, greet visitors, prepare memos and documents, and maintain a neat working environment. They want someone who has skills with basic office procedures and MS Word, has strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and is able to prioritize tasks, has good written and verbal communication skills, has basic customer service skills, and has familiarity with office equipment. The pay rate for this role ranges from $18 – $23 / hr.
