Business Service Management is looking for someone to engage with customers and offer tailored services that exceed the expectations provided by clients. They want someone to initiate with customers while working alongside the sales team and other customer service representatives, provide support to customer inquiries, troubleshooting services, and ensuring delivery is met on time, obtain a comprehensive and extensive knowledge of products and services by attending weekly meetings, ensure operations follow company compliance guidelines, and professionally build customer information, trust, and loyalty. They are looking for a candidate who preferably has experience in customer service, can handle customer information responsibly, can act as a primary point of contact for customers, has an ability to problem-solve and multitask on the spot, and has practical communication skills and attention to detail. The pay rate ranges from $800 – $1,300 / wk.
