This position involves coordinating with the IT Help Desk Supervisor and IT Director to manage day-to-day operations of computer systems, hardware, and software support for users across various work environments. The role also emphasizes delivering a Five Star Experience to both Guests and Team Members, adhering to the Service Promise of prioritizing exceptional experiences and attention to detail.
