These are some of the responsibilities that you will have at the job

  1. Receive, research, and provide expert-level knowledge of bikes & ebikes to customer requests on the phone and through email/sms
  2. Handle consumer and dealer warranty claims, acting as a liaison between the company and the customers.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication talking customers through assembly & troubleshooting process via phone, email, and/or chat
