This is a full-time opportunity in which candidates will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, distributing memos, performing data entry, coordinating with external vendors, and keeping the office space clean. Preferred qualities are problem-solving/time-management abilities, a valid driver’s license, interpersonal skills, and at least one year of administrative experience.
