IST Management transforms Facilities Management and Litigation Support Services by integrating quality people with the efficiencies of specialized technology. They are looking for someone to handle reception tasks, such as answering calls, forwarding voicemails, greeting guests, and validating parking. They also want someone to check and stock common areas and meeting rooms, process incoming and outgoing mail, fulfill and scan print requests, maintain customer care with a positive attitude, and consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines. Qualifications include a professional appearance and demeanor, keyboarding and Windows proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, lifting up to 55 lbs, and the ability to meet the employer’s attendance policy.
