Crown Motors’ mission is to be the automotive home of drivers in Holland and across the West Michigan region. They are looking for someone to provide Windows technical support, including providing help for laptops, desktops, and peripherals. You will be expected to guide users over phone, email, or in person, perform installations of basic of Windows operating systems and applications, maintain accurate documentation of support requests, escalate issues as needed, and assist with password resets and network connectivity. They want someone who has an understanding of Microsoft Office, familiarity with general IT concepts, the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and an eagerness to learn from senior IT members. The pay rate is $20 – $24 / hr.
