Onboarding Admin (Full-Time, Remote)

Optimum Healthcare IT specializes in digital transformation and consulting services tailored to the healthcare industry. They are looking for someone to assist new-hires with the on-boarding process. Some essential functions of this role include verifying I-9’s, communicating across departments, initiating and monitoring employee screening, updating tracking systems, engaging with necessary vendors, generating paperwork, tracking and receiving on-boarding forms, coordinating medical and criminal record checks, making sure all information is accurate, overseeing completion of employee file, communicating with candidates in a way that reflects the organization’s values, communicating with key stakeholders about in-progress candidates, and setting timeframes and working on a deadline. They are looking for a candidate who has experience in a high-volume customer service function, familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, previous experience with applicant tracking systems, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The salary is $45,000 / yr.
