Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, SF)

Balboa Pet Hospital provides preventive, surgical, dental and integrative care to a variety of pets. They are looking for someone to answer phones in a multi-line system, get to know the clientele and their pets, record accurate notes in medical records, schedule appointments, screen and route calls, maintain a clean environment, answer client questions, update records, receive specimens for lab analysis, foster relationships, discuss financial policies with customers, and collect payment. They want someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, has computer literacy and clerical accuracy, is flexible and has a positive, empathetic, and patient mindset with exceptional customer service skills, and can work as a team. The pay rate ranges from $20 – $26 / hr.
