We’re hiring an IT Help Desk Coordinator for our Product Support/Tier II team. This role supports the IT organization through helpdesk assistance, ordering, inventory management, process documentation, and root cause analysis, while providing opportunities for skill development and knowledge expansion.

  1. Basic Active Directory and M365 Admin
  2. Windows desktop & server operating systems
  3. PC hardware knowledge
  4. Knowledge of IT Department practices and procedures
