Here is an in person IT assistant position in Santa Rosa, California on Indeed. Responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting workstation hardware systems. Assist with the maintenance of computer systems in consultation with supervisor and IT staff. Complete moves and installs of hardware system, including but not limited to, desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, multi-function devices, mobile devices, etc. Assist staff with IT Helpdesk support tickets. Create clean and organized workspaces through cable management. Logs problems, referring those requiring a higher level of technical support to the appropriate person/team. Assist with organization of IT supplies and systems. Assist staff with onsite telehealth support. Works collaboratively with IT Team and other departments on IT projects and related tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned.
