Customer Support Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Fresno)

Nas Management, Inc. has recently partnered with AT&T for their home services for clients and needs a support representative to be the front-face for the AT&T side of customer support. You will need to help customers through the sales process, answer any questions about pricing, policies, products and services, interact professionally with customers and other representatives, and keep up to date with compliance policies for customer accounts. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment are expected skills. Pay rate ranges from $750 – $1,200 / wk.
