Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, SF)

Transdev provides transportation services to the community and is looking for someone to service customers on the phone to support that cause. You will be providing information to customers about schedules, reviewing trip statuses, maintain radio communication with drivers, handle property left by passengers, use information record software, communicate with dispatchers, keep confidentiality, and perform trip editing if needed. They expect some prior customer service experience, an ability to organize and schedule routes, ability to read maps, ability to understand policies and regulations, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, strong communication skills and good phone diction, ability to use a multi-line phone system, and some travel will be required. Pay rate is $21.85 / hr.
