Preventative maintenance and calibration on a variety of printer, desktop, and hand MFP repair. Install and configure new printers. Keeping accurate records of helpdesk tickets and service calls, including details of repairs, parts, and time spent on each service call. The job requires proficient knowledge of medical devices, printer hardware, printheads, paper feed systems, and maintenance kits.
The pay is anywhere between: $23-$25 and hour (40 hour week)
