Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Alameda, has an opening for a full-time, on-site, entry-level, Customer Advocate. The pay range for this position is $17 to $20 per hour.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an essential part in ensuring that our loyal and new customers receive the best service possible while accessing the financial products they need.
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain a professional and courteous behavior with customers and peersAbility to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply) Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about freely inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Six months of customer service and/or cash-handling experience
- Experience in retail, financial services, loans, banking/bank teller, or service industry
