Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints, fielding incoming calls and emails, managing order fulfillment, and processing returns and refunds.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
