Entry-Level Customer Service Representative – Full-Time. K.H. DIAMOND EVENTS has an opening in Sacramento for a Customer Service Agent. This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:**

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

– Assist customers with product information and order status.

– Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

– Basic computer knowledge.
