We are looking for a self-driven and customer focus level 1 support agent. The level 1 Support agent is a crucial member of the Operations Team. They will have an integral role in providing advanced support for inquiries that our equipment operators cannot solve. This individual will be a core contributor within our organization and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure issues are surfaced, triaged, and tracked until a resolution is achieved. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation of both technical and customer service experience.

- Experience working in a Support/Service/Help Desk/Call Center Role
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with available information
