$21 – $24 an hour – Part-time, Full-time, on-site position.
The role of Pure Luxury’s Dispatch department is to serve as communication liaisons for all company employees, valued clients, and our chauffeurs. Dispatch assists in providing time-sensitive, on-demand, & same-day transportation. Dispatcher must be able to work with changing conditions and learn how to use his/her resources efficiently. This position involves heavy phone & email contact between clients and chauffeurs, & the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Requirements: (Dispatch experience not required. Will train the right person.)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Google Docs, Word, etc.
- 5+ years experience in customer service
- Wine Industry (Preferred)
- Knowledge of major -roads/Highways
- Flexibility with schedule is open on weekends & holidays
