Core Responsibilities
- Call prospective clients using an autodialer and transfer calls when answered.
- Keep a detailed log of calls when a connection with a caller is made.
- Build trust with callers through empathetic, open, and interactive communication.
- Meet regular call handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Established home office with reliable internet and computer equipment (laptop/desktop and headset).
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Previous customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience preferred.
