I stated working on my phone calls then I got pulled into a new workroom to work on my exit Portfolio buy talking to a recorded then I filled out a “What I Did Today?” along with Homebase clock out.
today we went through practicing our voicemails and did write out our scripts to practice voicemail. then we did a voice greeting to record our voice to the voicemail
I practiced typing from 2 – 2:15 and almost broke the 60 wpm mark. With more practice I know I’ll get there. Today, I worked on and recorded my portfolio for SJS. It took some time to get everything just right, but I’m glad to have made progress on it. I also listened to an instructional video on good company phone manners, which gave me some useful tips on professional communication. Overall, a productive day!
