Today, I presented my tech article on quantum defects that could revolutionize high-density optical memory for data storage. Following that, I participated in a lab session in the advanced lab on drive imaging, exploring various imaging options. I also submitted a ticket in OSTicket to include links to user manuals and step-by-step videos.

What I did today
Today I was working on the backup of the virtual machine. I had to create 2 VM’s. One with the Nosysprep and the other with the Sysprep. I finished part 1 and some of part 2. Tomorrow I need to start with the OOBE.
